I am a graduated biomedical scientist, a certified Health and Wellness coach and at some point I was just in the position like you are maybe right now and asked myself, where and how am I going to get my health in order. I tried several diets, health and fitness tips, but they were just too general. So I started educating myself and not long into my research, I felt, I can not be the only person, feeling desperate for individual help. A program that is just for me. I felt the need to help others and that is why I founded My Elacare.
